Hello, I have recently noticed a problem. Recently, I have noticed an increase in the activity of people using cheats on my server. I use these programs on it: SMAC, AntiDLL, Hotguard. Does anyone know of any new anti-cheat? Most of the time I had virtually no cheaters on the server.

I tested this program. It worked worse than the programs I was using. I believe scammers found a new exploit in the last 3 months.

I've had Lilac on log mode for a few years now and it's been really good at logging people with cheats.

What exploit are you having an issue with?

I don't mean anything specific. For 3 months, I have noticed an increase in cheater activity. I believe cheaters have found a new way to get around these protections. I noticed an increase in cheaters using mainly WH. Before that, for over a year I had practically no cheaters on the server. Hence my question. Does anyone know of any new guardian on CS: GO servers?

...I had found and tested (in counter-strike: source) custom VPK files,
where material files have edited to active transparent effect.
- These worked even in sv_pure 2 mode server.
- These custom VPK files have same "public_key" as game original VPK files,
which bypass sv_pure check automatically.

This should not be possible unless someone have got "private_key" from Valve,
figure out "private_key" signature,
or somehow hacked VPK.exe/VPK file to set "public_key" in file.

Like always, VAC not check player material, model, sound, etc. etc. files.

However, CS:GO not have this feature.
So I don't know, how this game check player VPK files.
Maybe it is easier to customize cs:go VPK files... I have not tested.



What I try to say, I assume game VPK files are joke and sv_pure won't do with those files.
