Your FastDL site only needs to host files that are "extra" and not included in the game by default. So you don't need the bin folder on your FastDL server at all... also, you don't need the default maps/materials/models/sounds either - just those extra ones.

Also, make sure the files on your FastDL are in the .bz2 format
i only have maps in my maps folder and im just making sure im adding the right folders because im not specifically sure which files are extra and no i am running it on cs:s using srcds. Also is it mandatory to have bz2s cause some people join my server fine dling the bsp from my webserver while i only bzip2 if its well over 40mb.

I don't think it's mandatory, just saves on bandwidth.

The files that are extra are any extra player skins you have on your server other than default, any sounds you add to your server, other than default, any overlays you add to your server other than default... basically, all the stuff in the zombie reloaded zip file needs to be put on your fast download server...

I'm not sure what area you're asking for help... are you simply asking for help with FastDL setup? Or trying to figure out why zombie skins are invisible?

We need the output of the following commands:

version
meta version
meta list
sm version
sm plugins list
sm exts list
zr_version

If you're executing the above commands from the in-game console, make sure you preface each one with rcon.

We also need you to look at your server log and sourcemod log folders and list any errors that might be in the logs.

my models are invisible when model files not uploaded to fastdl or something is wrong with the model (path, etc). if something is missing on fastdl u will see the download process again if u join again. check this please.

remove fastdl-server for test... then u know more about where is ur problem located.
u are using orginal models and config or u changed some?

1 dollar the problem is the fastdl-server (missing model files) i was asking me the exact the same... xD

Which doesn't seem to be anything but if you find anything do tell.

Edit:Another thing i removed the bin / addons folder from the webserver since they didn't seem like anything people had to download and where taking up potential space as i am only granted 10k files and 15kmb but if there is something then tell me so i can re add them.

that error is just pertaining to the plugin "om_propspawn.smx" and the path the author used when it was compiled (or whoever compiled it).

well both in a sense. i am asking why their invisible and if the problem lies in my fastdl server

original models, havent changed anything in config except specific hp/knockback/etc. for special classes.
