I've got a question..
Since his site is from pakistan, does the DMCA apply to him? because that stuff is from USA, as far as i know.

It applies since the rules of this forum states so. Whatever he does in his own country is on his own ass. On this site the forum rules always apply, no matter from where he may be from.

As you have already read a dozen times in the rules, it states that you cannot promote the act of running no steam servers, that should result in a permanent ban from this site. I do not know why you would think I was writing about his forum.

All I wrote was that if he expects others follow the rules on his forum, right etiquette would be that he followed other forums rules, which he does not in this situation.

But you are advertising a site that promotes the usage of Non-Steam. That is still a violation of the Forum Rules.


Just because I am curious, whom is this Moderator that told you to post this here? We aren't a mapping community, so I don't even see why you would have considered posting this here, but there is no rule stating you can't.
