Everyone say /mikeoff => sv_voiceenable 0

all players Can (no admin)

command : /mikeon , /mikeoff

Then user is keep rank .

Can allways ~ say /mikeon => sv_voiceenable 1
say /mikeoff =>sv_voiceenable 0.

Server Restart?? maybe like that.
because again don't write server.cfg.
