Refresh =/= Reset
I think he's setting player's scores using a function and wants to "refresh" the scoreboard as they don't show the new scores he has set.

Yea, but if he uses natives like cs_set_user_death, set_user_frags, then he doesn't need to do that, there is ResetScore plugin that not refreshers ScoreInfo, but still works as it must. If he uses custom values then he should call plus hook ScoreInfo. am i right, Kakashi?

If only the natives worked correctly, then you would be right. Not sure which one was it, but one of those 2 doesn't refresh the scoreboard when used. Switching their places in the code should fix the problem.
