Hard Disks: 2 x 500 GB (RAID 1 Hardware
Traffic: 2000 GB

Operating System: Windows
Administration: Parallels Plesk Panel 9
CPU number: 4 x 2.0 GHz
Main storage: 14 GB RAM
Hard Disc storage: 200 GB
Traffic: 2000 GB

I'd choose 1 simply because of RAID1. You don't want to be the guy posting on your website that your hdd crashed so everything is fucked up right now and we'll be back later.
