Yes, but i would like to lock them from windows again...

Oh, and another question, it's possible that a cs 1.6 server use 20% of a 2.8ghz core2duo? :S

What you do mean by lock?

If your on linux, you obviously rebuilt your kernal for 1000fps and need to rebuild it again for lower fps.

If your on windows all you need to do is the command listed above.

sys_ticrate <fps>
fps_max <fps>

Im using windows, and yes, i solved it with sys_ticrate in hl1 servers.

But the problem now is that the servers are using A LOT OF CPU.

I've 4 cs1.6 server using 70% of cpu :S, any idea?

Lower the amount of servers and/or the amount of player slots and/or the amount of fps.

i've already done it, but is it normal? in total there are 50 slots in the 4 servers (12 always empty)

Core 2 Duo at 2.8 GHz as in E7400? 70% for 38 slots is quite a lot, but not impossible, especially when you're running at high rates. It also depends on the mods and plugins you're running.

That seems to be a lot and just for reference...on one of my leaf servers.

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz

A 32 slot server uses around 20% CPU at 31/32 - hldsi686 - 1000fps.
