The first server use a separate plugin. All info I could get was: "Zombie Decapitation" (1.2) by John Dillinger

You could ask them if they would like to share it. It seems to be a private plugin since I can't find much info about it on the web, but you might be lucky.

the first IP you posted is zombiemod, not zombie:reloaded

the second IP you posted is zombie_infection, not zombie:reloaded

As far as I know, ZR doesn't support decapitation - yet.

They are both running ZR. They just have a different server description.
