Back when i was using AMX MOD, instead the HS mod i had was a DLL, and that one works fine. But when I load it into AMXX, and everything loads, but when i enable the plugin, (hs_mode 1) it says the plugin is enabled... but everyone can still kill everyone normally.

What's the problem here?

This is directly AMXX support, and what you are using is a 3rd party plugin that deals with MetaMod, therefore you need to refer to "HS Mod"'s support site.
