Is there anyway to change movement speed by using curweapon or is there any better methods?

What is this 'movement speed' ? Are you talking about set_user_maxspeed?

Yes, but there is also something like so you have same speed all the ways around, such as forward, backwards and sideward.

Using set_user_maxspeed is allowed but changing client side commands such as sv_forwardspeed, sv_backwardspeed, sv_sidespeed etc. is forbidden.

Okay, but when i change the speed to 1000.0, it doesnt change. Its like its at the same speed all time.
