yeah that would actually be kind of nifty!

CTRL+D to duplicate lines is something I've used since I first learned programming so it's stuck in my muscle memory.. Pretty annoying to not be able to use this with this editor! Still love this editor and will continue to use it though

Your file's line endings are being normalised.

I'm not 100% sure but I think this might help. Let me know if it does!

Thanks, I fixed it. I just used this cmd:
Code:
git config --global core.autocrlf true
In the GitShell

Any chance of a portable version of SPEdit? I'd love to be able to pop the program onto a thumb drive that I can bring to college and use in my free time.

Also, a bug/oddity/thing that SPEdit should do; when saving a file, the bit at the top that shows the file location and name (to the right of File/Edit/Build/Configuration/Tools) doesn't update automatically. Switching tabs (if you have multiple files open) updates the directory/name though.

SPEdit is already portable. Just drop that whole SPEdit folder onto your flashdrive and you're ready to go.

Ah, well I had noticed an SPEdit folder in %appdata%/roaming, plus there's an uninstall EXE in there too, so I assumed it was a "have to install it to use it" program, not a portable "drop onto a flash drive and run from it, no need to install" program.
