ive looked at the source code, this appear to ban people as they connect to server, is there any way you can mak it for u can shoot lighting or electricity (like hl2 particles) from the sky and it electercutes the player.

i know mani admin mod , has the electric bolt come from the sky when you slay player, i wish sourcemode could do this, sourcemod slay command is boring

I'd have to move the action until they've spawned. But yes, it's possible to shoot them with lightning.

mabey you can making it for a command do it. like sm_dumbass clientname and then the lightnings come and slay them.

its har d to keep player on server when they die or ban when conect

That's one of the reason why I moved away from Mani. AHHH (and it's excessive memory usage, and lack of updates)
