Your given code for CT works fine, but for T it doesnt show VIP sign, moreover it doesnt show BOMB sign if player have bomb with him.

In this thread, Connor said that it is not possible to set VIP status to all. I don't know how to do, sorry.

It's hardcoded by engine this VIP stuff. Only CT can see the VIP.

I tested myself by sending a ScoreAttrib message and it doesn't work for terrorist team.
Same with cs_set_user_vip().

but , in CS if you use a fake plugin , to give a c4 to 2 players CTS , only one in scoreboards says BOMB , in the picture , both have the VIP.
