Have the same problem. It's not the model, it's the infection from zombiemod in my opinion. You see it when it fixes itself after zombies attack.

How we can fix this?

It is not a model problem, it is Zombie:Reloaded for CS:GO problem. There is no such issue with other plugins like zombie plague +it happens even with official Valve models. And yes, it fixes when zombie hit anything with knife.
