No, a camoflauge hero is not possible. That would go with Invisible Man. The Invisible Man is basically Camoflauged...

the first idea is cool but there is a lot of work to realise this...

you have to change every model-skin (texture) like the map textures

that would be a lot of work, new skin, recompile the model, save as a new model, that for every texture in game.
that are 300328471 different models...

Sephiroth has random invincibility. I'm looking for invisibility.

I know lots of heroes have partial/full invisibility while moving or being still, but I'm looking for the randomness just to add another interesting aspect to my server.

Van't you then use the random from Sephiroth and just change it to invisibility ?
