[Feature Request] [Req] TeamBets Using Store Credits

This is my first plugin try for SourceMod. I don't really have a server and can't download/run srcds due to my internet. So I haven't tested it yet. I need someone who can test it and tell if it works[20% chance of this happening]. I haven't even compiled it so I have the source attached.

I used this code as the base and then modified it to use store credits instead of money. Removed the "all" "half" "third" things and replaced with a bet limit of 500 credits.

My main aim is to make it for Jailbreak servers[SM_Hosties] so I need to allow betting only if 2 or less terrorists are remaining[Last Request].

THIS ONE by franc1sco works, use it instead of mine.

2 things off the bat:

Please register the plugin into the system usint the natives/forwards available. You can find more information on this in the stickied thread in this section.
You don't need to unhook events, just check if the plugin is disabled via the ConVar or not.
