This is not Sourcemod. Removed mods, server does not start vanilla. CSS and TF2

I've done this and it works, but MM (and by extension SM) won't load at all.

Confirmed all 6 of my windows servers are down, testing on home computer srcds.exe doesnt even start.
All 5 of my Linux servers run but no metamod or source mod.
