JaCuS: Yes, unfortunately. Working on a change that fixes it.
PBSGTS: Gamedata's probably outdated, grab it from the Randomizer post.

Nothing doing in terms of netprops for attributes.

I'm currently having trouble with the "model" parameter. It wont actually change the world model, I've tried custom AND already ingame models. "viewmodel" works fine though except for not removing the old weapon.

Custom worldmodels are broken, as discussed in the past few posts here.

Oh ok, sorry. Any idea about how to remove the old weapon from the viewmodel though?

  • m_fEffects 32 on the player's (first) viewmodel.
  • Give them two tf_wearable_vm entities--one of their arms model (models/weapons/c_models/c_<class>_arms.mdl), and one of the weapon's desired viewmodel.
  • Track weapon switch/weapon removal and kill the vm entities at those times.
  • Win.
None of this is coded in, though. Unless Flamin has already done this for the next update, or some other fix for viewmodels.

Because your slot is wrong. Slot 3 is not a weapon.

0 = Primary
1 = Secondary
2 = Melee

You're basically trying to use this as some sort of crowbar PDA.

I'll do the viewmodel thing after I finish this... other feature.

Also you don't need to track weapon switch/removal, bonemerge should make it so that you can just leave the two VMs as is.

I seem to have a problem, when I cut peoples heads off with the headtaker 9266, the server crashes, anyone have a similar problem? My server will also crash if I drink bonk or crit cola, or charge with the targe as a different class other then the class the weapon goes to. Please for the love of all things good, help me.
