You dont actually include the word "say" in what you say, unless you're doing it in console.

Oh... I just realised you have links.ini in the wrong place... use the same directory structure that is in the zip or tarball (which should be addons/psychoviewer/cfg/links.ini).

ok i ve just seen
i put links.ini in cstrike/cfg
and i must put it in cstrike/addons/cfg/

would test it tomorrow.

You need to put it in cstrike/addons/psychoviewer/cfg/

Is SourceMM installed correctly? I mean, does typing 'meta' do anything? Also, what does your links.ini look like?

rank and top10 were not working... i switched it so that rank and top10 were first then stats and statsme... then all 4 work...
