I am also interesting in something like this. But allow the admin to change the skins for the infected as well as the survivors.

As far as I know, L4D doens't support downloading files to the client. So you cannot do this until that is supported. Maybe that is just what you get when Valve makes half a game and releases it to retail and plans to finish it in a sequel.
