im a moron or something it wont work for me i rent a server on gameservers.com thats probaly why lol could you help me out ??

Did you use the RAR file? the rar file includes ALL files needed as the needed ini file and all the model files and plugin. The ini file goes in the confgs folder. Make sure all the files are installed exactly same format as the rar folder. Match up all files and folders make sure they are the same. Then to activate just requires a map change.

yes ive installed skins before i had to reinstall my server recently beacuse of an error so i wanted some new skins i chose this my server doesnt download to client or anything when it should if you could help me out i can pay with some server profits

Did you forget to install the model files on your fast download server? what is your
sv_downloadurl xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx say in yor server.cfg ?
