Using the IP address in your deleted/blanked post, there is no server running on port 27015. If it is running, then you did not forward your ports correctly or I have the wrong IP.

I closed the server + the port cus it didnt worked
any chance you could gimme your skype / steam and ill show you my screen and youll see what im doing ?

Don't bump your thread, you know the rules. You need to forward your ports, there's nothing we can do for you. Go read this and then read this.
