[HELP] Admin not working

Umm, I've typed mine IP in users.ini like that:
"78.61.85.245" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
But I can't control mine server.
I'm launching it from *.bat file and using server.cfg. Anyone have idea what is the problem?

Is the server a rental or one you are hosting? Are you sure amxmodx is running? Did you try amx_reloadadmins from RCON to see how many admins are getting loaded?

I'm hosting it. AMXX working fine, because Zombie Plague is working fine. And I'm only one admin, and AMX writes, that there is one admin loaded.

If you're connecting to a server that's on your computer, leave the "loopback" entry in the users.ini. If it's on your LAN but not on your computer, enter your LAN IP.

Where exactly leave "loopback"
Like this:
"78.61.85.245" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de" loopback
Or like this:
loopback
"78.61.85.245" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"

"loopback" is an IP (127.0.0.1). So the entry should look like this:

"loopback" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"

Then base your admin off your Steam ID.

Ye, I can add by Steam ID, but If I want to add user to mine friend, who is not Steamed. Its bit annoying, why its not working.
