OMG dude. bobservers.net or streamlineservers.com suxors since it is owned by the same kid that likes to change his website name every week. I had a Texas server from him a while back and with out notice he moves my server to some Georgia location because he did not want to host from Texas any more. Stick with what Headshot said, go with http://FunServers.com reasons why because they show a client list of how many servers they actually host http://funservers.net/uglygs/stats/ and their servers dont lag.

I have rented from both, here is some other things to compare the two

Fun Servers

Client List http://funservers.net/uglygs/stats/
Their game panel http://gamecp.com - auto installs SH, AMX, WC3FT, AMXMODX, ADMIN MOD, HLGuard, and the list gos on and on.
They install all custom mods including SH upon server order
Server is setup with in a minute or so
They have I know at least 12 employees with 24/7 support
My server dont lag

Bob Servers or Streamlineservers

No Client list
unplayable lag
They use a free based game panel http://gamepanel.org and all it will do is start and stop the server
want install nothing for you
Installed my server that I had with them in 72 hours
1 true employee the owner with no support at all
Moved my servers from one state to another with out notice
Just plan out suxors
