[L4D2] Is it possible to equip items to zombies?

02-16-2016 , 18:42 [L4D2] Is it possible to equip items to zombies?

Seeing that L4D2 has the Fallen Survivor Zombie/CEDA with goodies on it, it seems you can put items on a zombie somehow...

EDIT: m_nFallenFlags exists for zombies, maybe its possible to spawn the zombie by changing the flag of the entity before dispatching the spawn?
