Or you could:
Load Sourcemod with base plugins. Then load your other plugins one at a time until it crashes. Basic debugging...

I'm now running my servers with all of my plugins loaded and no crashes.

the text goes in the file:

addons/sourcemod/gamedata/sdktools.games/game.cstrike.txt

just replace the text, back up first of course in case it doesn't work for you
