You sure mine still playing also I disabled my download my self lol check your files again like this normal server (I mean not fastdl) mp3 and wav goes tf\sound\ponyspenser\ folder not bz2 files for it. And after will server send files to players. If you have problem again type it. And sometimes dispencer can buging for sound not play when it do it just re buidl dispenser and its goen or wait 2 min or 3 it will fix and play again.And if you have still problem check your download limit on your server.
