EDIT: Ok, just looked at AMXBans. It's title is misleading. If you use users.ini (aka amxbans_use_admins_file = 1) then it should work fine.

has the author ever been able to update this plugin?? i am using it at cs1.6 and i am sure i configured it correctly but i am getting no admins in users.ini error thing...

This plugin have a little bug i think...

When i'm connected with my admin name it show that i'm "ONLINE" but when i'm disconecting from the server and i change my name the plugin shows the same think that i'm " ONLINE" with my admin name...but i'm not

So , if i quit 5 min from server all player will see that i'm online but i'm not,.,,they will see the right information ( if i'm online or not ) only when the map has been changed.

So what you say guys... can be fixed this?
