I dont know what you are asking... This plugin is done/broke/outdated. You can use other newer one and it has respawn, You can install it without gungame and use as just deathmatch if you want. This plugin is to make "gungame" into "Gungame-Deathmatch" combo for both at the same time.

There is, but this is not the place to ask.
Unfortunately, there is not a specific plugin yet.

It will be something for me to consider when I implement FFA (Free For All).
BTW, I'm maintain this plugin now, but in a different thread.
