WoW, I've been VERY busy if you haven't noticed, but I do drop in and read posts from time to time to keep up to date, I should clean up soon and be back. Anyways, I was wondering has anyone noticed the increase in Non-Steam threads? Whats with this? Why can't people just buy CS, its very cheap...

probably availability..in some contries, it's hard to find game stores that sell steam games..they could buy online but again not all countres have paypal and not everyone has credit cards

Why can't they buy accounts online? LIke,. if I were to purchase 15 accounts with info, then sell them through a site and we allow anyone to buy. *Fictional you would need some extreme verification process* but yes..
