Who is very expert in mapping, can do for me this map by adding that custom skies to the map and changeing the start HP from 100 to 35??

The part with sky, try:
Select the sky and press SHIFT + A:

And press on Browse + select what you want.

changing sky ->

Map -> Map Properties... -> environment map (cl_skyname) -> enter your sky name, and dont forge to make *.res files with precached sky

healer -> you need to make spawns somewhere in room wich will teleport after 0.1 secs to normal spawns and also wich will have trigger_hurt to 75 damage
