It worked, but they reported to me that players are able to move props, even if they don't have access or enabled the move. I editted really quick to add a root verification on it, but I didn't have time to investigate what was happening to help you and give you more details.

This is a lug from the console, and the plug does not boot even. Game of the DOD: S.
Well I took your plugin, because in the description, it costs (ANY). So he thought that he would work.
Plus the game hide&seek,
this MM+SM : MetaMod:Source v1.10.7-devV, Stripper v1.2.2, SourceMod v1.7.3-dev+5280.
And there is no so-called beginning of the round, it's the plug-in itself that starts the game.
Because many plugins rely on the beginning of the OnRoundMap round () in writing plug-ins.
Because of this, probably, the error in my game is hide-and-seek, on some plug-ins of this kind.
It is a pity that does not work for DODS

posted a mistake plus additions. Yes there as I understood, an error from the fact that I have in my plug-in Hide&Seek no onroundstart , there the plug-in itself starts through its call function of the beginning of the round OnMapStart() and OnRoundStart()(with this can be wrong!) .The same mistake , and with Block Passes.. Perhaps your plugin will work, but the standard game, but I have a little bit different .

So I generally think, even if this plugin appears in the list of plugins without errors, it can and will work, but only half, as with Block Passes, if I realized what it does . English is bad ..
