I suggest you stop that and take a look around the forums and use the search function, as well as eventually Google (e.g. with the phrase "site:alliedmods.net what kind of thing you are looking for here") to search for what you want:

Most things can already be found on the forums, and if there aren't anything available already, you can post a plugin request if you want others to do the plugin for you. Be sure to describe it in very specific details, and also mention if there is a bounty for fulfilling your request (e.g. if you're paying the author for making the plugin for you, and if your budget is $25 or $100, etc.).

If it is something you're doing yourself but stuck on some issues, you should use the scripting section.

Also be sure to post in the relevant sections, e.g. the AMX section if your game runs AMX Mod X, and SourceMod section if it runs SourceMod.
