There's a player with a private profile playing right now and I don't think he's getting any warning..

I had already predicted that issue, and had hoped to be able to do something very sooner, but sometimes time and other factors are a bitch together. :-(

If the player connects and are very quickly to choose a team, so (s)he is spawning before the look up has completed, etc., then there is a chance for this.

There are also some of the other issues I posted in post 5, that has been re-introduced in the latest available version. Only ~4 hours after the latest release, some bogus queries were sent for the first time.

Can you please send me his (or their) Steam ID's?

Everything looks fine from here, the API <-> Steam connection sees several privates profiles, but most public and responds to them accordingly.

I have to say tho, that as soon as I was back from my holidays, I played CSGO and the plugin warned me about my profile, which has always been on public :C

Should only happen if you're very quickly to select team before the initial check has been done though.

But I will try making some adjustments to @WatchDogs's plugin as soon as possible, and/or eventually continue on the one I started right before he released his.

All queries so far for that has returned a private profile, so if the plugin hasn't warned that person, it must be a plugin issue.

I would however lean towards that the user hasn't seen the message, or looked away from it.

Based on my experience, it is very easy to look away from chat messages, rather than e.g. if a menu panel was sent. For the same reason I started to make menu messages with some of my plugins some years ago.
