Description
Plain and simple, makes people civilians by removing their weapons.
I couldn't find this plugin in the plugin search page and it seemed unusual, so here it is.

Commands
sm_civilian - Makes yourself a civilian
sm_civilian <target> - Makes the target a civilian (accepts @red and @blue too)

Unapproved due to duplicity of an existing plugin. But this plugin also has these issues:

• A url of "null" isn't useful. You could link it to this thread, or just leave it blank.
• You register a console (not admin) command, and don't check access flags later. Anyone could join a server running this and strip everyone of weapons.
• Your second ShowActivity2 will spam text if group targeting is used. You should use it after the for loop and use targetName.
• ShowActivity2 is formatted incorrectly; Please review This Page. Using the admin's name in the string will cause it to be printed twice to other players/admins.
