hello,

when we change team we must chose between 4 skins
is there a way to not ask the player and make him spawn instantly ?

Do anyone have idea?

It's a user message getting sent to the client that displays this special window afaik. You can hook it and place the client in a team.

CS_SwitchTeam will swap teams and not ask the client to choose a skin

ChangeClientTeam will swap teams and wait for the player to pick a skin
