I've seen this loading banner on one server. Can someone help me make this? I think they've changed the loading_banner.ini file..

What?! What slowhacking It is called loading banner.. They've just changes the position and the size of the banner when you connect to their server.

WTF ?? After I joined another server it worked fine for me.. Standard position of the banned. Only when i connect that server my setting change temporary.

I don't request. I'm just curious how did they do that. I tried to edit the ini file where the locations are written but it didn't help. Plugin gave errors.
