Sorry but I do not know if it's buyzone or cut can not be functional ^ ^

I think there is a stupid logic bug in the current version concering the buy menu. Please try this snapshot, which introduces a seperate convar sm_conquest_disablebuyzones to split that functionality from sm_conquest_enablebuymenu.

I'm unable to see your screenshot aidar_96; it's too small and i'm unable to view the large version.

That's a completely different gameplay and not possible within this plugin.

For those of you looking for just CTF ....

TRY THIS...

1. Place 2 flags in a desired area of the map.
2. Set you flags capture time at 1 second
3. Place a 3rd flag outside the map where it cannot be touched.
(behind a wall but far enough away so no on can accidentally touch it)

You now have CTF
However,
this allows you and the enemy to capture the flag, not capture and return the flag.

Recommendation:
Go to your server.cfg and set mp_fraglimit 100
First player to 100 kills WINS (or whatever mp_fraglimit you want)
