hy,

ptbx will not running! I moved the serverplugin_ptbx_i486.so and serverplugin_ptbx.vdf to the addons folder and put in the auzoexec.cfg

exec xadmin/ptb.cfg!

i have the same prob.
my css server is a linux one.
everything is in the addons and xadmin file.
the autoexec is also changed.
autojoin, teambalance,... are deactivated in server.cfg and mani_admin.cfg.

i see nothing in hlsw: plugin is not there, when i wrote plugin_print i see only mani and matties eventskripts.
these are the only 2 plugins i have installed.

i dont know why ptbx doesn´t work?

It seems that XAd doesnt support this plugin any further.
If you are interested in Team-Balancing i will provide something similar in my Glittermod-Plugin.
