- SM base plugin sm_voteban is only 30minutes, can't set delay. Are you using another plugin for this ?

- Swapteam not work because you try change server itself to another team. "execute" "server"
You could give this command to donator, but then they can swap non-admins. And maybe open new admin menu option for they also.

How can I make it show all the options of a menu to all the players (no flag required), but when they want to execute one, tell them that they don't have permission?
