I fixed the plugin to work with CS:GO. I haven't tested it with any other game.

I don't recommend enabling +grab, since it seems to crash the server (I'm not sure exactly what the cause is).

EDIT: Removed a backdoor on line 448 which allowed the plugin author to access hgr even if he wasn't an admin in the server.
