advanced bans sql never worked and never will
so don't try unless you want your whole server banned

Thans but can you explain how to make it ? in host or site i need to make new table ? and in sql.cfg what i need to write.

You don't need to make a new table.
Here is my Advanced bans bugfixed version. (HUN)

Added picture (with date and unban page) , sql fix and so on...
You only need to define everything to line 50.
If you define the USING_SQL. Add the defined sql informations to sql.cfg too.
