It was a pretty funny/cool glitch...If you were on the winning team, kinda sucks for the losing team.

Turns out it strips your weapons even if you are the winning team, but if you are prone when you do it, you still look like you are standing so everyone shoots where you aren't, and you can cap any flags you want.

As to the guy asking about it, if you have the change class menu up when the round restarts it doesn't respawn you.
