You don't need this plugin anymore, the problem was fixed:

Hamlet sir i have 6132 its latest and it doesnt have this problem fixed

You are also running a non-steam server per your other posts. Remove dproto and see if it works.

6132 is not the latest version please update your server with steamCMD and you will get version [6153] i have fast download on my server and everything is working fine gl
