cs_get_user_team already gets the player's team.
Adding a function inside VIP manager to get the team would return the same result and use cs_get_user_team anyway.
Therefore, such a function would be redundant and useless.

and add for this register Vip_killed, Vip_takedemage, vip_spawn, vip.....

maybe its stupid but why when i wanna compile the features like vip_chat_tag says fatal error `line 7`: cannot read from file "vip" ?
