[ HELP ] Ban type in amx_banmenu

Hi there , i have tried so different things , i'm using amxbans 6.13 , couldn't remove ban after this map , after this round and instantly .

and how can make Exit by 0 not 9 ?

if any one can help it would be really appreciated , and thanks in advance

Why not using Ultimate Bans or Advanced Bans ?

thanks for suggestions , but amxbans is better , you can manage admins , ban reasons and ban players from web part , and it shows a ban list as well
