I've never been pissed/slang but I used to post "drunk" ( after something like 7/10 glass )

IMO alcohol effects depend of people ...

but if you drink too much water you can do an aqueous coma

i drink 40 ounces a day, unless i am drinking beer, then i try to also drink 12 ounces for every two beers on top of that.

Water is all I drink really. I don't really ever keep count of how much I drink. I drink when I need to. And when running, I'll only drink a few sips here and there.
