Hey I've just recently started trying to drink 1 gallon+ amount of water a day. (Used to drink bout 40 ounces a day or about 90 ounces on a day I workout)

Should I drink more? Less? Just wondering what you guys thought.

(I'm 6'0 160 lbs if that means anything to how much water you should drink)

I don't think I should be the one to say this because I drink next to no water ever (yay Milk & Soda) but Water is very good for your water's functionality and in particular your brain. In fact, if you get headaches frequently like myself, more water is calling because your brain needs water to work properly as it is made up of water primarily.

Indeed water is very good.

I started to only drink water and lost over 20 lbs.
