Okey this is my first post here and my english isnt good but ill try dont yell

Anyway im searching for a plugin that makes the server say random stuff like

My Server: Please wisit my www.homesite.something
My Server: Please wisit my www.homesite.something

Hope someone understands my bad english and know what im searching for
