Hello! Is there an plugin that allows players to automatically open Discord and connect to the server when they write /dc on say and say_team?

It's good that there is no way to do that.
Just advertise the invitation link in chat, I guess.

I'm working in a a discord bot that communicates gameserver and discord using a bot. I think this is the only way to integrate discord to CS 1.6

the easiest is like klippy said, in chat...maybe just make private msg so not every player would join in your discord 'room'

It's pretty easily with Html meta function. At least what I think he is requesting.
